KeyShot Lag | File path missing

Hi,

We’ve migrate our server and then all my KS interface is really laggy.
I’ve try to reinstal KS2023 and instal KS2024 but both are slow. It’s on various tool like switching the model set (camera / environment only) or even uncheck a pin in the HDRI editor, KS takes a minute to respond.

As I said, I guess it’s from the server migration (with missing links) but I have no idea on how to fix it and where to search.

EDIT: It may be in the environment input image but I have multiple environment set and update them one by one is quite hard with the lag and hard to see differences. The missing file panel should’nt take care of environment file yet like texture missing?

If I’m correct the environment file is saved inside the .bip file.

Maybe you can open a support ticket and send them a file which gives troubles so they can take a look at it.
